Poly and Dafeng jointly acquire the management right of Yuhang Grand Theater

The signing ceremony of "Yuhang Grand Theatre Entrusted Management Signing Ceremony" was held today in Linping New City Management Committee of Yuhang District, Hangzhou, with leaders of Yuhang District People's Government, Linping New City Party Working Committee, Yuhang District Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film and New Development, Beijing Poly Theatre Management Co.

Li Minhua, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Yuhang District People's Congress and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Linping New City, presided over the signing ceremony, and Xu Lingdi, Deputy Mayor of Yuhang District, and other leaders arrived at the meeting and delivered speeches. At the signing ceremony, the owner's representative and the representative of the operating company jointly signed the "Yuhang Grand Theatre entrusted management contract".

Beijing Poly Theatre Management Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Dafeng Culture Media Co., Ltd. have formed a joint venture company to jointly operate and manage the Yuhang Grand Theatre, adhering to the management objectives of "high professional level, high management standard, high service quality, high operation level and high social image", and to achieve the targets agreed upon in the entrusted management contract. Yuhang Grand Theater is a large landmark theater in Dafeng, and will become another symbol of city culture, a temple of high art, a centre of artistic exchange for citizens and a leader of cultural industry in Hangzhou.

Yuhang Grand Theatre is located in the core area of Linping New City, close to Yuhang Station of Shanghai-Hangzhou High-speed Railway, sitting on the shore of Donghu Lake, the "green lung of the city", with a total land area of 79.4 mu, total construction area of 83,000 square meters. The Grand Theater is divided into 1,200 large theaters and 500 small theaters. Among them, the 1200-seat Grand Theater has a construction area of about 25,000 square meters, while the 500-seat Small Theater has 7 elevated platforms that can be set up according to different scenes and rapid space changes to meet the needs of different functions, such as opera, drama, piano solo, costume display, performance show, etc. The side of the stage of the Small Theater can also be completely open to the square to share the performance with the public.
