As the years pass and the seasons change, new chapters are written in splendor.
Looking back on 2024, Dafeng was brimming with a spirit of bold adventure.
This year, the company’s digitalization strategy embarked on a new chapter: it passed the acceptance inspection of the first batch of technological innovation centers recognized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism nationwide and was selected as an outstanding case of smart tourism in the province. The company has become a benchmark enterprise in creating new demands through innovative technologies, products, and models, contributing to Zhejiang’s efforts to build a strong cultural province.
This year, the company’s globalization strategy has been deepened and solidified: it has secured an exclusive strategic partnership with the Olympic Council of Asia, won the bid for the Tajikistan National Grand Theatre project, and been designated as a “Zhejiang Province International Humanistic Exchange Base.”
This year, business development has been marked by a series of milestones: winning bids for landmark projects such as the Dinosaur Planet Project in Changzhou, the Xiong’an Urban Cultural Square Project, the Kongtong Shengjing Project in Yantai, the Hainan Art Center Project, and many others.
This year, under the dual drivers of “innovation leadership” and “technology empowerment,” each business division achieved remarkable results:
Dafeng Culture solidified the “construction and management integration” model and steadily expanded its national operations.
Dafeng Rail Transit transitioned into cultural tourism and sightseeing, pioneering a new business track.
Dafeng Sports secured international event projects.
Dafeng Digital Arts focused on digitizing culture, sports, and tourism, driving the implementation of the REPCO model through creative planning.
Dafeng Decoration attained national high-tech enterprise status.
We have all experienced a year of hard work together. These achievements belong to every one of you. You are the driving force and the sails that propel Dafeng forward on its long voyage.
Looking ahead to 2025, Dafeng must be filled with determination.
Every member of Dafeng should think deeply and act decisively. Each subsidiary and department must leverage its strengths, forge its own path, collaborate closely, and integrate advantages. Together, we will explore new technologies, refine products, and innovate models to accelerate progress in our respective fields.
The road ahead is long, and progress demands relentless effort. The coming year will bring both challenges and opportunities. We must adapt swiftly, embrace change proactively, and pursue transformation creatively. Remember: stagnation leads to decline, and complacency invites obsolescence. Opportunities favor the prepared, and Dafeng’s glory will always belong to those who seize them through bold action.
This year, the company’s New Year gathering is themed “Integration of Digital and Physical, Intelligence Leading the Future”, which revolves around four pillars:
“数” (Digital Momentum): Align closely with the dual business pillars of “innovative technology” and “empowering services.”
“实” (Industry Foundation): Rooted in culture, sports, tourism, and commerce as core sectors.
“智”(Intelligence): Advance technological innovation, industrial applications, and organizational talent development toward intelligent solutions.
“领” (Leadership): Strive to lead the industry and technological frontiers globally.
To achieve this vision, Dafeng’s 2025 strategy will focus on four integrations:

At Dafeng’s 30th anniversary celebration, I proposed building a century-old enterprise that thrives sustainably. We must believe: Dreams, though distant, are attainable with perseverance; aspirations, though challenging, are achievable with resolve. True growth requires courage to navigate risks, climb steep slopes, and break through barriers. It is forged in trials, strengthened through adversity, and advanced by turning crises into opportunities. True strength lies not in omnipotence but in unwavering effort.
Having journeyed through 34 years, Dafeng stands vibrant and dynamic. Our greatest confidence stems from our clear direction and exceptional team. With the collective dedication of every Dafeng employee, we will ensure the company remains evergreen and strides confidently toward its century-old vision!
