Recently, at the invitation of the Canadian government, Minister of Culture Luo Shugang led a Chinese government cultural delegation to Canada to attend the first meeting of the China-Canada Joint Commission on Culture and the First Dialogue on China-Canada Cultural Industries held in Ottawa. Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau sent a special congratulatory video to warmly welcome the visit of Chinese Minister Luo Shugang. As an enterprise representative, Dafeng visited with the delegation.

Ministers of the two countries and delegates highly valued the significance of the establishment of the China-Canada Joint Cultural Commission, and agreed that the meeting was a major step to implement the results of the exchange of visits between leaders of the two countries in recent years. After the meeting, the Ministries of Culture of the two countries jointly released the Minutes of the First Meeting of the China-Canada Joint Commission for Culture (JCCCC).
As a representative of China's sports and culture industry, Dafeng gave a speech on stage, introducing the development history and industrial layout of the company in the field of sports and culture.
