In September 2025, Dafeng Industrial’s subsidiary, Zhejiang Arkasil Robot Co., Ltd. (“Arkasil”), officially signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. (“Alibaba Cloud”) during the Yunqi Conference. The two parties announced a deep collaboration focused on full-stack AI and embodied intelligence technologies. Leveraging Arkasil’s extensive deployment experience across cultural, tourism, sports, and commercial scenarios, along with Alibaba Cloud’s strengths in cloud computing and large-scale AI models, they aim to jointly develop cloud-edge-end coordinated embodied intelligence solutions and promote the large-scale application of AI in real-world scenarios.
Mutual Empowerment: Integrated Collaboration Between Embodied Intelligence Platforms and Cloud Capabilities
Under the agreement, Alibaba Cloud and Arkasil will combine their respective resources to jointly develop intelligent solutions for cultural performances, tourism experiences, commercial spaces, and other scenarios. This collaboration will be built on Alibaba Cloud’s Qwen large model and Arkasil’s self-developed embodied intelligence platform, enabling full-process AI upgrades, from content generation and task planning to cross-terminal coordination.
The partnership represents a deep integration of technological infrastructure and scenario-based innovation. Through an open and shared cloud ecosystem and AI capabilities, both parties aim to accelerate the construction of a “technology–product–scenario” commercialization loop. In the future, they will also explore data value-added service models, positioning embodied intelligence systems as core tools for intelligent operations in cultural, entertainment, sports, tourism, and commercial sectors, reshaping service logic and user experiences in these industries.
Co-Creation Model: From Joint Development to Ecosystem Building
On the technological front, the partners will jointly establish an industry-specific model laboratory to address the personalized needs of cultural, entertainment, sports, tourism, and commercial scenarios. They will develop highly adaptable lightweight models to reduce R&D thresholds for products such as entertainment robots and operational robots, while enhancing task execution accuracy and multi-terminal coordination efficiency.
On the data and scenario front, Arkasil will share its interaction data and operational experience across multiple vertical scenarios. Combined with Alibaba Cloud’s data intelligence capabilities, this will enable the creation of scenario-based intelligent decision-making systems, providing one-stop services that integrate technology, data, and operations—for example, optimizing visitor flow and AI-generated performance content.
Redefining Value: From Single-Point Enablement to Ecological Integration
This partnership goes beyond traditional technology supply relationships, achieving a two-way dynamic of “scenario defining technology, and technology reshaping scenarios,” marking a new stage in the integration of full-stack AI and embodied intelligence. Both parties emphasize that they will continue to adhere to the principles of “joint technology research, co-created scenarios, and shared ecosystems,” exploring new pathways for the deep integration of AI with the real economy and injecting new momentum into the digital transformation of global cultural, entertainment, sports, tourism, and commercial industries.
