Chairman Feng Hua Attends High-Level Talent Training Program Hosted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee

In December 2025, the seventh session of the High-Level Talent Training Program for professionals in the fields of publicity, ideology, and culture, organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, was successfully concluded at the Central Party School of the CPC Central Committee, also known as the National Academy of Governance. As an important part of the national high-level talent development system, the program brought together leading professionals from national media organizations, top research institutions, key cultural and museum organizations, and leading cultural enterprises. Feng Hua, Chairman and President of Dafeng Industry, participated in the program as a nationally recognized cultural expert under the “Four Batches” talent initiative.

The program was guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and focused on the in-depth study and implementation of the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress and subsequent plenary sessions. Centered on the strategic goal of building China into a leading country in culture, the program integrated talent development with practical application, organizing participants to engage in seminars and discussions on major theoretical and practical issues, including cultural system reform and key tasks in publicity, ideology, and cultural work. Activities such as the study of classical cultural works and exchanges on research and creative topics were also conducted, aiming to enhance participants’ professional capabilities, cultural literacy, and broader perspectives, while strengthening their sense of mission in advancing cultural development in the new era.

Promoting the richness of Chinese culture and allowing it to inspire and resonate with people remains a shared responsibility for today’s cultural practitioners.
